CREATOR HELP

Find your next step.

This guide explains the portal. Your campaign brief and signed agreement contain the conditions for your collaboration.

How do I find my campaign?

Sign in with the TikTok account you used for your PlayLab collaboration. Open My campaigns and choose your campaign. If an expected campaign is missing, contact the team with your TikTok handle and the brand name.

Where are my brief and deadline?

They appear in the campaign details, along with the required content. A creator-specific brief appears when the team has assigned one. If anything is missing or unclear, contact the team before filming.

Does my draft need approval?

Follow the review step shown in your campaign. For campaigns that require a draft, submit the file through the portal and wait for feedback and permission to publish. Some campaigns ask for a revised draft; others let you make the changes and publish without submitting another draft.

What happens after I post?

PlayLab normally finds your TikTok post automatically. If it is missing or the wrong post appears, use the campaign’s video-link form. A submitted link may stay pending until it is checked. Required content review and later checks against the brief still apply.

How do paid campaigns work?

Your contract states the fee, currency and payment conditions. Complete the campaign steps and add your payout account in Profile. The payment card shows available updates; a campaign completion or invoice does not itself mean a transfer has been sent. Contact the team if a payment needs attention.

Where can I update my details?

Profile contains shipping and payout details. Bank fields vary by country and transfer method. Use the field guidance and check the account holder name carefully. Tell the team if a delivery or payment is already being processed.

How can I ask about my data or account?

Contact team@creator.playxlab.com for account support, data access or deletion requests. The Privacy Notice explains how information is used and retained. Never send passwords or full bank details in a support message.
